SO HOT

Oh BadDay, that sounds so miserable! Where do you live? We are going between shivering here, and mildly warm. It just goes back and forth, to the point it is ridiculous, especially for the joints.

Hi yes we had a Beautiful storm come thru last night it rained lots but as the temp dropped so did my joints then the rain stopped and it got Hot again so Puff up go my joints again

 and today woke to 30c but now everything is steamy and the house has heated up so its just as hot inside as outside its been about a week now,

hubby put a thermomoter outside yesterday and it went to 39c (102f)

Momto3 we Live in country town in Ausrtalia it is rather large about 30,000 people i moved here as it has a hospital we used to live out west in a town of about 50 people and had a 80k (50 mile) drive to the store or doctors

altho we still dont have specilists here some do visit otherwise its a 200k (130 mile) 3hr drive to Sydney

but altho it has a lage population it is spread out and still has a small town feel

but it is usually cold here to get temps like we have this week is So unusual and is knocking everyone around

we don't have airconditioning so i try to keep cool drink alot and have the fan going 24/7

but it is weird how wiped out i feel to lift my arm takes all my strength and i can see each joint puff up

i actually dont like the cool change cos it dosn't last and all it dose is effect my joints then its Hot again.

and the worst part we are hearing on the news of Stupid People leaving their Kids in cars and Police having to rescue them ? what are people thinking??

Hope you have gotten some relief since you first posted. I have two things that make me feel worse with RA- high humidity and raw damp weather.

I have no AC in the summer either so I know what you are going through! I have a spray bottle of water that I squirt myself with in front of a fan LOL!

Hi ah swamp cooler sounds Good

we did get a spray bottle and sprayed fine mist water on us in front of fan

i actually got it for the cat and dog then hubby sprayed me

we have had a cool change come in and that has been good but they are saying it will be heating up again on Sunday for next week  last few years have been good the summers not too hot but this year everyone says its Hotter than its ever been in this district ( Global Warming?)

this has sent my Joints Crazy it gets Hot and i cant think straight and Fatigued then the cool comes but only lasts a few hours so my joints puff with the thunderstorm then back again

And Yes  Humid is very bad luckily only had very little Humid that was after the thunderstorm, i keep looking at the map wondering where we can move to with nice cool tempid weather 20c =68f Nice
