Positive ANA test (1:640) but negative for all Autoimmune Disease

Hi
My mother is suffering from rheumatology arthritis as per doctor. Her ANA is positive but all profile are negative. Doctor has started omnacortil 40 mg. He will reduce 5 mg per week. Also azr 50 mg is started by doctor. She has blurred vision and dizziness problem. Are these problems are side effects of steroid omnacortil or else. Please help.

Hi Mohit sorry to hear about your Mother is she seeing a Rheumatologist and if she has Rheumatoid Arthritis ?
I think omnacortil is another name for Prednisone this can cause dizziness in high doses if you are not used to it But the Blurred vision Could be from some other reason
so For sure take her to either her Rheumatologist or Local Doctor as she might be having a reaction to either of the drugs or anything even blood pressure problems.
