Costochondritis and RA

Hi,
I had bronchitis four weeks ago, and it took two weeks for me to get over it. One night, my sternum and sides of my ribs started to really hurt. I went back to the doctor again, and he diagnosed costochondritis, which is inflammation and pain in those areas. I got over the bronchitis and the rib pain disappeared, but four days ago it came back. I am not sure why I got it again. I read that since it is inflammation, it can present with RA. How many people here have had costochondritis while they have had RA?
