RA and Leg muscle pain

I was diagonosed with RA a couple years ago, they have tried all kinds of new med's on me. Arrava seemed to work the best but it had raised my liver emzymes so they took me off. I was off everythng for over a month including pain med's and vitamins, and the pain was intense. for the past 6 month I have always had a pinching pain in the back of my upper thighs and knees, hips and pelvis,for the last 6 months, and I've felt like I have to unimate all the time, about every 10-15 minutes, I always beleived it is the pain effecting everything, but lately they have been so bad that I cant walk for more then 10 minutes and then the pain subsides when I sit. I count myself as immobile at this time because i've never been this bad. They started me on hydroxychloroquine - generic Plaquenil 200 Mg, I did not find side effects that match any of my symtoms. Does anyone have any experience with RA, PSRA, Muscle pain, or Lupus that match my symtoms? Im running out of faith in our medical community and no one has any answers, my ASO titer is normal, my ESR is a little high 42, strep tests shows normal, sugar normal, however my VECTRA is 46 which is why they classify me with RA.
