Help with angular chelitis?

Hi there! I've recently been diagnosed with Sjogrens. I've had angular cheilitis for three months and I don't know how to get rid of it. I started Cevimeline (generic for Evoxac) a week ago with no real difference yet (heard it could take a few weeks to notice a difference), but does the cheilitis go away once the medication kicks in? Any other advice on helping get rid of cheilitis? Please?
