I go so low. My last major low was 10 years ago after my wedding. I was in bed for 4 days and did not even have the strenght to get up to take a shower. I was not on medication and was on a big high for a year. It was very hard on my husband being a newlywed and seeing me this way. Anyway, I had to get back on medication expecially because I could not afford to lose my job or lose my husband. I have rough times especilly the last two years trying to adjust to C-Pap. Sleep is very important to me. My main goal is to get a good nights sleep and get to work. You said the following: "need regular sleep patterns and a low stress environment - which means that I need to quit my job which I can't afford to do. So I am back to square one just hoping that it goes away". Why would you ned to quit your job? Is it very stressful? Is it contrubuting to your stress? Again, I sure hope you can get to a doctor and get into talk therapy with a therapist so you can get help with your condition. For me that is what helps and of course my medication. Without my meds I would not have a husband and not have a job. I cannot afford to lose my job becauses although my husband is close to the man of my dreams he would not support me . One more thing when I made a low salary I was chaged on a sliding scale for therapy. I hope you can get assistance. Good for you to reach out for help on this forum.
