Irritability

My fiance is complaining that I am irritatable.  I am very stressed out, almost constantly.  I want to get past this rough patch.  He's upset about other stuff making anxiety worse.  I'm having a hard time working.  I do not want this to become an episode.  It's still *just* anxiety, but my god, what can I do??!

Ugh, I had relief today. The big anxiety thing is my exhusband fighting over visitation. Give him what he wants and he fights for more. Unreasonable and stuff. I found a comprimise, sent it to him. Called him to dicuss and he went off into emotional tangents and I completely lost it. (after he hung up) Anxiety off the charts! Finally decided to tell him to take the comprimise or go to mediation. Hoping it goes to mediation so I don't have to deal with it. In other news, I recovered alomost all my photos form my computer crash. My fiance took my hard drive in to a local place that thinks he can recover the rest of my data in a few days (so hopeful!). Still $ issues with my fiance, need to talk it out more than anything. I feel much better partly because I feel much better but also because I know what was causing the irritability.

Called the mediation people. He will have to take it to court. Expecting a big stink on a disputed day, but my fiance has a friend at the police department... :) I really hope he tries to go to court and it gets into mediation! The guy I talked to seems to agree I have all the cards in my hand. I relayed some of what my ex had said and reassured me that hey are unbased threats and that it is easy to believe them. *sigh* I'm OK now until the next communique. I'm trying to not go into any detail that could possibly be found an be used against me, but wanted to sort of explain the situation. My parents called me after he called him. Apparently his girlfriend told him to "don't do anything" until she got home. Too late, lol.

I continued recovering, filing, saving, and backing up photos today. I discovered a few important word documents hidden on an SD card! yay! I had started my computer purge thing and didn't realize how much junk I had stored away. Now I'm realizing I had a lot of important things too!

Wish you didn't have to deal with all you are dealing with, but you are doing an amazing job of doing just that....dealing with it!! You should be very proud or yourself. I hope all goes well with the visitation this weekend too, but I'm glad you are letting the courts (mediation) decide the visitation. I hope you are feeliing better everyday and so glad you got all most of your pics etc. back. That is a horrible feeling to have a hard drive crash. You take care of yourself and hope this all gets taken care of sooner than later for you!

At least now I CAN DO SOMETHING. pdoc appt on Tuesday. :)
