Struggline w/Meds

Hey mate,
My medication bill is $200pcm and my psychiatry costs $180pm. I have been assessed as requiring 15hrs in home help a week but scrap by with one hour cleaning, meals on wheels and an occasional gardener. I am on the pension but that is designed for accommodation and food. Not for health and disability care! All I can say is that I prioritise my medication higher than anything else because it is central to dealing with this disorder. I know how hard it is, believe me! when you are feeling better possibly sit down with a savvy family member and prioritise health care and work out where you can save money and the things you CAN go without. It is really difficult Serenitee, but if anyone can do it, it is you! You are such a fighter, such a survivor! when you feel a little better, chip away at it, bit by bit. much love, jade x

Definitely agree with Living Well, that's the best way to do it and having someone to help with the money who you trust, Blessed there, I wish I did. Happy Budgeting and remember to budget something fun once a month too :)) Angie
