Although an optimist i beg to differ. (Sadly)

Been on the active development. Doing peer mental health work traininging...peer sessions and will begin sn employment pathways program in jan.
Been involved in a garden plot...just dug up some greens and brrn involved in an art program.

Made a windchime from a can and beer bottle tops. Warhol would tip his lid...doing some tile mosiacs...started.
Next week some walking laps at the pool.
