I've been placed on a final written notice at work. I've been so sick the last few months - missed 20 days in two months. They see my illnesses as "random" and "unrelated" - too broad a spectrum of illnesses.
Of course, they don't give a darn that oh maybe there's a reason they're all related? They now have told me that if I miss any more time whatsoever that I am fired. So pray my power doesn't go out - it flickered in and out all morning.
I'm at my wit's end. All I do is cry.
