Weekend Check-In

Ordinary here again (yay!)

Friday had a blast shopping with a friend.  Pre-purchased wedding rings to save a couple hundred dollars.  My fiance doesn't know yet, lol.  I'll keep that a surprise for...  6 months or so.  :P  My friend and I made earrings together.  I had a lot of fun.  Most of my past hobbies I don't enjoy.  I did them for other people and I was always stressed out and disappointed.  We know each other very week, know each other's aesthetics, it was really good teamwork.

Yesterday was a lazy day.

Today is busy working on my fiance's website.  Watching football.  Folding laundry.  and getting hungry.  (for y'all that know about my struggles with emotional eating, you know that is significant.)

We know the "regulars" on the board, but everytime I sneak into chat I meet people that read but don't post.  Maybe one of our readers will join in this topic this week?

Glad to hear that you enjoyed shopping with your friend. Congrats, on the engagement. I wasn't around when that took place so I am congratulating you now. Sounds you like found some hobbies that keep you occupied that you can enjoy. I need to find some of those myself.

What type of website are you building for your fiance? I am pretty involved in making websites myself when I can find the patience, or that I am feeling well enough to do so or the time. I can relate to you as far as emotional eating goes to an extent. In fact most of my eating only occurs when I am having periods of high energy and when I am feeling happy but for the most part I find myself going days without eating. How does this affect you? Do you eat on days when your up and down or more so when your feeling up or when your feeling down?

Had a busy weekend. Monday is my day off and I will honor it except for an hour or so of work this afternoon. Since I work at my home computer most of the time it is just too tempting not to get a head start on a project due Wednesday. I hate working under pressure.
