I'm genuinely sorry this is happening to you, Capninhapnin. Oftentimes, it's the spouse of the bipolar patient who has all the personal troubles that escalate the illness for the bipolar patient. It's good that you are going to be able to get away for a while and have some peace around you. That will do more than anything, probably, to help you recover.
Try not to think about her. She has made her mistakes, and you deserve a better person in your life. Give it time before you make any major decisions.
It's time for you now to have a better life with more stability. Let the physicians get your chemsitry back in line for you , and try to rest. Those two things bring more peace than anything I know.
