After almost two weeks of severe depression with SI, today I am feeling a little better. Still stressed and mood is low, but it feels like a weight has been lifted just feeling a little better. I know I don't have to explain to you guys.
Seeing pdoc for the second time this week in about
15 mins. We increased the Lamotrigine and I even increased my Seroquel XR to 100mg so I really think that's helped.
Now it's back to the nightmare of trying to figure out how to stop my cycling. I won't lie, I am extremely anxious about
it. It's like, the Lamotrigine increases my cycling, but clearly without it I become deeply depressed and in that dark place day after day. I definitely cannot be depressed. But I know I can't be cycling either....It's so awful this confusion!! I know I should be focusing on taking deep breaths and letting the professionals sort this out.
Anyway, I am so thankful it is the weekend and I can sleep in tomorrow. I need the rest for sure.
I hope you are all feeling well today.
Hugs,
Mogs

Thanks Caren :)
Pdoc is adding Topamax so we shall see.....I can't believe how tired I am. I have been at work every single day going through this and words can't describe what that has done to me. I have reached a whole new level of exhaustion.

I've noticed in myself that for every high there is an equal low, unless I can get to a doc for intervention. I'm glad you are feeling a bit better and hope it continues for you. Best of luck...K
