I am going through a phase again of having horrible, vivid dreams every time I go to sleep, even for naps. :( I wake up feeling horrible and unrested. I have a headache due to not sleeping and feel yucky. I don't want to go to sleep because I know the dreams will be there. However, I have to sleep because lack of sleep brings me down hill super fast.
How do you all deal with these horrible dreams? They are tiring. :(
