I need a doctor in N.C., any recommendations?

I'm having trouble finding a good doctor in North Carolina who will take cfids patients and help with LTD insurance. The only one that I have found is Dr. Lapp in charlotte (location is fine) but I don't think that I can afford him. Please help if you can! Thanks

I need the same thing, so I'm no help, but I would love the same info if you find any. Charlotte is really far for me to go - nearly 4 hours if I remember correctly. I'm tired of being shuttled around as if I'm a hypochondriac.
