Beta Alanine - urine test high level

i have high beta alanine in my urine.

should I suspect chronic fatigue syndrome or gut dysbiosis?

I do feel fatigued, I have lyme disease. I took a lot of antibiotics and have dysbiosis too. I wonder which one I have.
