tina,
never really thought about FM before, I should say before coming to HW CP. it's a disorder/disease I know nothing about, nor have any of my doctors ever mentioned it. I will, however, start to study the basics of FM and see if it could possible fit the description.
I do know, there are those (take no offense, I am not one of them) that talk as if FM was an imaginary diagnosis. I don't know how they are making that determination. doesn't sound fair to those that are dealing with it.
Yes, porocarcinoma is so ultra ultra rare. The standard definition of an ultra rare disease, is one with less than 10,000 cases world wide. With poro, they still feel there have only ever been 300 cases. I have actually seen lower numbers. It's amazing and unknown how I ever contracted something that rare.
Married 19 years? lol, still newly weds, lol. You got a long way to go to catch up with us. I think what keeps us together, is that we started out as best friends first, and still are to this day. She was 18 when we got married, I was not long back from Viet-Nam going to college. We were married 11 weeks and 3 days after our first date! So much for long engagements, lol.
She is, has been, and will always be my rock, and the reason why despite what I have and am going through, always have a feeling of hope.
