well T man, what's the best answer you've gotten from all the folks you've seen as to what is causing your pain issues ?
do you always need a valid reason to do something ? maybe sometimes the best reason is "why not ?"
reasons for physical therapy >
a. inexpensive, i believe
b. no ridiculous, redundant testing
c. why not
but first, how much physical exercise are you getting - at your age, you should be getting lots - do you have a semi-peaceful place where you can just walk for miles every day ? this is the way i've always looked at it: if i'm in pain sitting on the couch, then i might as well be in pain doing something (cuz i don't call sitting doing something)
that's it for now - more words of wimpy wisdom to follow !
JT, I deleted one of your comments & I will remind you of the rules at Healing Well. The overall theory concerning language is, if a young child shouldn't be reading it, don't post it.
