I drive a Chevy Silverado. Being up high is a definite help. It has a split bench seat which is so much more comfortable for my spine issues as well.
Driving any distance definitely messes with my neck, having to keep my eye on the road with my neck in basically one position. Too much time on the computer will cause me the same issues neck wise.
My partner prefers to do the driving, which would be fine, except her car seats (Toyota Carolla) kill my back!
My daughters' car, an Oldsmobile Alero, is a torture chamber for me! Heavy doors, old bucket seats, ugh!
Yep, love my pick up truck!

I thought I was crazy for thinking that a "higher" vehicle reduced my neck pain. Literally, I thought I was the only one. I had told my husband this and he didn't believe me.
