i don't use them anymore but I was using duragesic patches i had the same problem with them falling off. I found tegaderm covers in the pharmacy at walmart which is a cover used after surgery. They were about $11 for 30 or so and they solved the problem completely. never came off until I PEELED THEM OFF, COMPLETELY SHOWE AND WATER PROOF.
YOU ALL MAY WANT TO CHECK THEM OUT. nO RX NEEDED EITHER.

Tegaderm is what I use to make the Fentanyl patches stick.  I haven't seen them at Walmart though.  I bought my first ones at Walgreens.  I think they were $8 and some cents for 10.  I didn't like the price, so I looked on Ebay and found them 20 for about the same price.  I guess I'll look at Walmart and see if I can find them.
