Trouble with Bladder splings

I don't understand why they r calling back sertion bladder splengs and not all of them if it causing so much pain and suffering . I've been having trouble scenes I had mine done but I gust found out there not call the one I have and that sucks because they need to I was told they didn't make alot so that should tell u something . I'm so mad we need to get the word out so the will
