Simply by the topic you know who this is. If flowers need rain to bloom than I am definitively a cactus! Drinking and bathing is enough water for me. Of course nobody can speak puppy so Bella(present from hubby) doesn't mind a little moisture in the a.m. And by a.m. I mean I finally got her to sleep in until 6:00a.m. without a warm and wet gift for mommy. Animals are so giving aren't they?

Yup. Know exactly what you mean.

Generally speaking medium and large breed dogs are only able to hold it for approximately 1 hour for every month they are, up to a limit of about 9-10 hours. For small breed dogs you subtract an hour from their age. Of course just like with people this can vary depending on how much they have had to eat and/or drink as well as how they are feeling, not to mention just from animal to animal.

Yes animals are so giving, without expecting anything back. Humans could take a page from the animal world.

I will be honest, I am not really a pet person, growing up we always had a dog, but I never really had much to do with them. Move ahead 30 years and my daughter who I live with bought a yorkie terrier, I think thats the name of the breed. Anyway shes been here for 2 years, and I cant imagine life without her. Her and I lay around the same way, watching tv, eating. I love her, and that surprises me, and makes me feel good.
