I am getting married to the love of my life in less than 3 weeks - Yipppeeee
Unfortunately, even good stress is stress and I have been flaring like crazy. We moved into a house in April and ever since then, I have been dealing with this dd.
At any rate, I should point out that I am the "anti-bridzilla"....I am soooooo not into the whole wedding planning thing. I literally just picked out flowers a few days ago - and it took me about
10 minutes. I am one of those women who is thrillled about
the marriage - not the wedding. If I was not the youngest of 7 and my finace was not an only child - both from irish catholic families, we would have eloped.
My question for all of you is....what did you do to calm yourself in the days leading up to the wedding? And, what did you do on the day of the wedding to ensure that health was not an issue?
I have been joking with my fiance that his bride might need to wear a diaper!
I have this fear that I will get sick on the day of the wedding and not make it through the ceremony. I know, I know I am being irrational, BUT I am one of those type A personalites that are prone to panick attacks and bring on fears that are not based in reality.
The good news is that my AA sponsor and my doc approved taking Ativan to get me though the next few weeks and the wedding day....just knowing that I have the pills brings me relief.
Sorry for the rambling - I am just nervous and I could use some reassuring words
