high neutrophils and low lymphocytes?

I just had a CBC drawn and my absolute neutrophils were higher than the normal range. My absolute lymphocytes were in normal range, but in the differential my neutrophils were higher than the normal percentage and my lymphocytes were lower than the normal percentage. Has anyone had blood results similar to this? All i'm taking right now for my Crohn's is Pentasa and Protonix and I don't have any other health problems that I know of. I'm planning on calling my GI to discuss the results when the holiday weekend is over, but in the meantime I'm worrying why these things are out of range.

I don't remember if my neutrophils have ever been high but my lymphocytes are almost always low and have been for years. Lymphocytes can be decreased by .... conditions that affect the immune system such as malnutrition, and severe, long-term illnesses.

My bloodwork is the same way but I have been diagnosed with Lyme Disease.
