i have put on weight got the marina coil in last july and then went off

the fags off them nearly a yr find it so hard to loose the weight has any

one any tips

I am not really sure of exactly what you are saying, are you asking for tips to help lose weight?

for some reason just finding it hard to loose it ya i do a bit of walking

but i do suffer alot from constapation and maybe thats why i find it

hard to shift i have crohns since 1993 and taking pentassa and puri nethol
