I read the same thing today. Having also failed all currently available medications, I am pretty eager to learn where this is at in the approval process. I called the company's information line today to ask if he knew. Of course, he's not really in that loop. But he did tell me that, although it's psoriasis patients he deals with, he has heard of a Crohn's authorization coming in a few times. That made me happy. I see my GI next week and I plan to hit him up for any information he might have. Heck, I'd love to submit a prior auth for off-label treatment based on this study. Can't hurt, right?
