fever reducing suggestions?

I have been feeling good for about 2 weeks now. Only mild pain and symptoms. But today I got a fever of 101 and i cant get it down. I took tylenol and that no longer works for me as a fever reducer. I cant take anything else due to bleeding. Any suggestions on what i can do to try and kick this? i hate the whole sweating one minute-freezing the next thing.

My GI told me that if I ever have a fever that goes above 101 to get myself to the ER.
The fact that yours is 101 and you have been taking tylenol means you need to call your GI or regular doctor (only if he has taken part in your Crohn's treatments) right now!
Fever can be from many things. You could have the flu BUT you could have an obstruction or a bad GI infection. If the latter is the case the ER would want to give you fluids and get you started on antibiotic IV.
