Severe pain from pelvic PG

Help! I'm having unmanageable pain from three pyoderma gangrenosum ulcers in my vaginal area. They hurt soooo bad! Im used to pain but this is like a religious experience. Seems theres little treatment except for controlling the crohns. Well, im already on remicade and imuran and the CD is as brutal as ever. To top it off i have the flu so im not taking my prescription painkillers as all otc cold n flu meds seem to have tylenol and so do my percs. Has anyone evwr gotten relief from PG?? I cant stand it!!

I'm so sorry for you! Maybe a strong cortisone with anti-bacterial topical cream might help give relief? There are also numbing creams. I don't know if you should put them on those types of skin problems.

I checked high and low and come across some cream anti inflammatory, hydrocortisone. Antifungal, gram positive prescribed for humira induced angular chelitis, after the initial stinging is gone, it helps the pain for a couple hours, first thing ive ever tried that works!
