Is pregnancy safe on azathioprine and humira?

I just had a positive pregnancy test that we didn't expect. It has been a rough year health wise, and I am terrified. I have had 2 beautiful and healthy children on azathioprine (now 2 and 4 years old), but my docs have me on that PLUS Humira now. What should I do?

I have had a healthy humira baby and am currently taking humira with my #2 due in July. I was feeling great before we got this surprise but I had success with humira during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Best to get your OB and crohn's doctor on board early so there is no confusion on what is the best treatment. Good luck

I was on both medications and had a healthy baby boy. I stopped both medications 4 weeks prior to my c-section. My little boy is now 8 months old. I had such a smooth pregnancy and my Crohn's is now no existent after having my son. I went back on my azathioprine as soon as I had him and went back on my Humira after my incesion healed.

I am almost 7 months pregnant on Humira and so far everything is great.
My GI and high risk OB both want me to stay on it for the safety of me and my babies.
