pilidonal sinus??

I haven't posted in a long time now, I have been on Humira for the past 18 months since the steroids were not having much effect and as soon as I tapered down, up would go the flare again, doing a lot better on the Humira, thankfully, only one small flare so far.Also I had my incisional hernia sorted out surgically in April and since then things have also got better too ;)
The only thing is now I have 2 small 'holes' in between my buttocks just under my coccyx and it does get painful when I sit down and am always fidgeting to get in a comfortable position to sit. I don't feel any 'lumps' or anything there just the so called holes, don't know what else to call them. Can you have pilidonal sinus without having an abcess there ?? Also I tried a coccyx support cushion to sit on to try and relieve some pressure from the are but it's not really helping, any suggestions would be valued x

Thanks for the link PB, I have looked at quite a few pictures and mine is not as severe as those ones , mine is not at all red and angry looking but can definitely see a resemblance in where the 'holes' are in relation to mine. I have a GI specialist appointment on the 3rd July so will bring it up with him anyway, unless it does get any worse then will go to the emergency room. It's just annoying that I can only sit down for a short amount of time without discomfort and not knowing how to ease it.
