I'm not on prednisone. This started in the middle of last week. When I lay down at night or for naps, they just start cramping and killing me. It's not like the prednisone leg pain, but it's almost like I've run a million miles. I can't walk up the stairs well, and my feet are also killing me, even though I bought shoe inserts to help (with the plantar fasciitis).
When I kneel down or sit cross-legged for more than five or ten minutes, it hurts to untangle and stand up again. I feel like my body is 80 years old - my grandma, who has had knee replacement surgery, can stand up better than I can, and I'm not even 30, lol!
Could this be Remicade related or due to a low vitamin or something? I've been walking a few blocks each day (not superb, but considering two months ago the stairs wiped me out, I'm proud of myself).
