Unfortunately, until you get a formal diagnosis, it's anyones guess as to what might be wrong with you.
Even considering that some of you symptoms might mimic Crohn's, there are numerous other things that you could have.
You will need to get to a GI, and have some tests, and diagnostics done. First they will very likely want to do a colonoscopy and endoscopy. You should also consider a SBFT, and they will likely do a complete blood work.
During you colonoscopy they will take biopsies to confirm whether Crohn's is present, even microscopically.
Autoimmune disorders are specific to the area they affect. Asthma affects the lungs, Crohn's the intestinal tract, rheum. arthritis the joints, etc.
