Yes if this works it will be perfect, but the time to market is years. In 2005 I took part in the clinical trials for CNTO 1275 which was given by injection, took 8 full dose injections and went into remission. I was the 26th person in the world that took it, the first in California. My participation was 3 months, then the trial ended, the whole process took about
3 years. And the drug became Stelara which is used for Psoriasis, I wish they could have used it for Crohns.
The cost effectiveness of an oral drug is tremendous, on that alone they should introduce a trial in the US.

any Crohns researchers in your city. The one I went to is Dr Dennis Riff in Anaheim California.
Right now I am on Entyvio which is generally available but early in its adoption.
