I like Orgain - it is an organic protein shake. Kind of pricey but has all the benefits of Boost or Ensure without the added chemicals.
When I need to gain weight I just try to eat something every 2 hours, no matter what it is. I will even wake up in the middle of the night to snack. I like smoothies with peanut butter, waffles, bagels, English muffins, eggs, cheese, full fat yogurt, pasta. All things that are easier to digest and bigger on calories. Good luck!
