If your vitamin D and vitamin B are low, that can also cause fatigue. It's common for those to be low for Crohnies as well. I'd just pick up some OTC vitamins and try taking those. I also take a multi-vitamin (gummies because the pills make me nauseated) and that helps as well.
I don't know how much you exercise (it's hard with the fatigue!) but I've found that walking helps me with energy. When I first started, I literally could only walk a block and then come home. And it was more exhausting the first few weeks of it, but overall it helps me have more energy rather than less. That's why I walk, not run or lift or anything. Very, very light cardio.
