Cimzia is next after failed treatment of remicade, Humira, and Entyvio. What should i expect. Does the injections hurt.

I didn't think the injection hurt. Especially since I took Cimzia after having been on Humira. Humira injections hurt terribly! The Cimzia injection was easy . I wasn't able to go into remission on Cimzia alone, but when paired with 6mp I went into remission. Good luck. I hope it works for you.

Cimzia is kinda thick, I would it out like 20 minutes to let it thin out a bit. Then go nice and slow injecting it. Didn't really hurt though. Unfortunately it didn't work for me, neither did Humira and seems I'm failing Remicade now after only a year. I know how you feel on running out of options. Personally I'm not too optimistic about any of the biologics right now.

Let it warm up, the injections is pretty easy once it is at room temp. I always did it in my thighs.

I never paired it with an immunosuppressant but I gave it 6 months and moved on.

I switched to Stelara and it worked amazingly for about 10 days after my first dose and has worn off, waiting for my 2nd dose next week. The dosing is messed up because the FDA has not approved it yet for CD only for Plaque Psoriasis which is a single dose; I should probably be getting a double dose or IV of Stelara.
