Entyvio side effects anyone?

Newer to Entyvio for Crohns (since 4/15), failed on Humira (antibodies) and Cimzia.
Dose just increased to every 4 weeks and having side effects. Last dose, 8 wks ago, tight chest, very low BP, needed nebulizer and meds slowed down. This dose pre-treated with 500mg oral Tylenol, 25 mg infused benedryl. 40 mg infused metyhlprednisolone, the 300mg entyvio in a higher volume. No chest tightness though I had warm and cold spells and my bp still dropped even though I was hydrated. Now I have a red, itchy scalp and felt euphoric day after infusions yesterday, today I'm a mess and very tired.

I'm on Entyvio every 8 weeks and have dealt with an allergic-type reaction to it. What was happening with me consistently was that as soon as I finished the infusion and they were infusing the saline to flush me out, I started coughing uncontrollably with an awful tickle in my throat. Went through a bunch of different pre-meds, IV steroids, nothing helped. Then the nurse decided to double the infusion time from 30 minutes to 1 hour and that fixed it. Haven't had a problem since. I still do pre-meds - 1000mg oral Tylenol, 25mg oral Benadryl, 5 days of taking Claritin once daily. But it was the slowing down the infusion that really helped.

Been on entyvio for over 2 years. I do every 4 weeks. I am pushing it to 6 weeks now and hope to get it back to every 8 weeks. It's the only drug that ever helped me. I stopped with the Tylenol and benedryl pre infusion a while back. I have had no real side effects at all. I seem to handle Biologics pretty well overall though.
