constipation and now bad diarrhoea?

hi,
I've had bad constipation for quite a while and yesterday I started getting bad diarrhoea. probably went about 6 times yesterday, but then 10 times today, all liquid. I just thought it was everything emptying out again, but now I'm starting to wonder why its not stopping. I'm feeling pretty shakey.

mm they are non contactable. the IBD nurses ignore all my phone call voicemails, and I'm waiting for an urgent apt with my gastro which takes 3 months, and otherwise you cant contact her, and she doesn't care. then obviously my gp doesn't know what to do. I wrote to my gastro and asked her if I should be on some IBD medication because I'm not, and shes just ignored me.
I cant afford any more time off work.
