I just splurged and got an Instant Pot! But I've been trying to find recipes for foods, and so many have lots of fiber, spices, or acid (tomato sauces). Does anyone have any Crohn's-safe recipes for an Instant Pot?

Oh I love mine. Haven't used it much since my life blew up. But it's great for making things like chicken soup. I used to make baked potatoes, mashed potatoes really fast. Like in half the time. Used to make artichokes in it really quick. Never could make a roast come out good, always was tough. My friend makes the best cheesecakes with hers, all kinds.

I love mine. I make rice and mashed potatoes in it a lot. I have one of the Instant Pot cookbooks by Lauren Randolph and it has some good recipes. There's a Greek chicken and potato one that I make about
every other week. I've noticed more paleo instant pot cookbooks. You might check those out and see if they are easier on your gut. The cookbook that came with the pot should give you some ideas for cooking meats and things and you can season how you like.

I thought this was going to be a question about
edible medical marijuana!

Haha beave, interestingly enough there are groups on Facebook that affectionately consider themselves "potheads" but in the foodie kind of way. ;)
