thats similar to what happened to me several years ago. The GI I had at the time gave me a shot and told me to start taking nasal B12 inhalations. The rheumatologist sent me for blood work (just after the shot, might have been the same day, before I started the nasal ones) to try to figure out why I was having a lot of joint aches and pains. My B12 came back around 1200 or some outrageously high number and she told me that was the cause of my joint pains and to not take anymore, however she did not know i had recently had the injection. I stopped taking it but eventually asked one of my other doctors and they told me that yes with in a short time frame it can change the affect the results. Maybe someone else will come along that can confirm. Do you notice a difference from getting the B12?
