What does a perineal abscess look like once healed?

Both of mine look totally normal, no scarring on the outside at all.

So I had a peri-anal abscess that never fistulized. They cut and drained it from the outside, so I had kind of a gaping whole. It was packed each morning and each night with clean guaze and got smaller and smaller until it healed completely. I was expecting a scar, but there isn't one at all. I figured that's what the OP meant.

I have a crooked butthole now. Seems like water or diarreah shoots more to the left where they removed my fistula. It didn't heal for about 3 years!!! If I go to the bathroom too much, it bleeds again.
