hi all. just checking in. as usual i post each year with an update on my TPN near the anniversary of starting it. so on the 17th of december i finished my 19th full year! now of course in my 20th! so hard to fathom. one day just flows into the next and then poof, another year has passed. i miss coming here and reading for long periods of time like i used to way back. but as others have found over time, if ya focus too much on everyone's sickness you can become quite sad . so here is a pick me up post, that shows good things do happen to us and we persevere! merry xmas and happy new year to all and above all good health! randy

Hi Randy. Glad to hear you're doing okay - here's to another 20 years of TPN! This isn't a good time of the year for me for various reasons, so I can't really pretend to be cheerful because I'm not. But merry Christmas and happy new year to you.

Happy Holidays, Randy! How are your new digs? I haven't posted much either. I am recovered from my ileostomy takedown on Halloween. My bowels are trying to learn to behave after months of not functioning properly. Thi8s last year was a rollercoaster so am hoping for a calmer 2019.

Hey Randy, so good to see a post from you! Wow, a 20 year anniversary. It sounds like in spite of things you are hanging in there. I totally get backing away from the forum, sometimes too much is not good for a person. It is refreshing to see a positive post around here.
How is the Mrs? Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas / Happy anniversary Randy! Glad to hear another year of "normal" life for you! Also, glad to see someone else that celebrates CD anniversaries - I celebrate my initial diagnosis each year as the day I started learning how to handle life post surviving almost poisoning myself to death. It's a positive way to look forward.
Ides...I am looking at my rollercoaster becoming more of the kiddie paddle boats...hope you are too!
Happy healthy new year everyone.
