Stelara 1st infusion - any experience?

Hi everyone,

Stelara is approved for Ulcerative Colitis in Europe since 01/10/19, I received my first loading dose yesterday. However, I experience a raising and sometimes irregular heart rate and a cold-like symptom in my throat -- are these normal side effects? Apart from that, doing ok. The infusion went all fine, they monitored blood pressure and heart rate, no irregularities here.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve figured it probably relates to the 25mg cortisone I’m still taking. Will definitely look into the facebook group!
