Just my opinion, but a lot of the tests we use like fecal cal, and even routine bloods like CRP and Sed rate, can really vary in accuracy. Often times, follow up test produce varied results. Could be the lab, the technician etc. Not trying to diminish the value of these tests, but as @scifi mentioned, a scope will give the most accurate indication of whats going on. My Daughter recently had a fecal cal at 1200, and a follow up scope that showed no issues.
