The title of my post might sound weird. I mean the food that I was not allowed to eat in the past when I was first diagnosed. In the last couple of years, I started to add food that was forbidden years ago and I can’t get back to my bland tasteless food except only when I flare up. Lately, when I eat any food that has fats, I don’t get cramps. Rather, after a couple of days, I would get explosive watery diarrhea. This has been the case for the last month or more. It also coincides with my weight loss. Does eating this “forbidden food “ cause my Crohn’s to act up in the lower layers and it passes unnoticeable or is it Ok to add new “old” food since I’m on Remicade?
