Well we are all pretty individual in what we can eat. I would suggest you keep a food diary to keep track of which foods agree with you and which ones upset you. I live on a low residue diet all the time. Easy to chew easy to digest. Some folks have success with either the SCD or Makers Diets. Some can't do these diets as the are very strict diets or the diets don't agree with them. Most of us have to stay away from things like Broccolli, cauliflower, nuts, seeds, popcorn, dairy products and some raw veggies. So keep the food diary to figure out what is best for YOU.
