Has anyone experienced lower abdominal pain and cramping after an ileum resection. Just wondering if this is normal. Thanks for your input.

I would get like that when I was not having a regular BM. I am a Crohnie who leans towards constipation more than diarrhea. Now I take stool softners everynight to keep things soft and easier to pass.
