Hadnt been sleeping well at all for a few weeks, slept over 7 hours though last night and it is def a nice change of pace : ) I didnt even take my ativan to get to sleep last night, I just crashed hard.

I seem to sleep okay during the work week, but I have a hard time sleeping in during the weekends. My back has been hurting so much on the weekend when I want to sleep a little longer. Glad you got some needed rest. Hugs!
