couldn't get my new line...

was going to get my new hickman line today.. after the blood work pre-prcedure, they said uh nope! your white count is way to high. you have an infection.  blood was ok on monday but today my white count was 17.2 high is 10.  so they did some blood cultures to see if i am getting septic again, but wont know anything till the stuff grows or not. maybe by sunday they think.. they are supposed to call me.  oh well smilewinkgrin

Aw, Shucks, Randy. Why bother to do anything the easy way? Heaven forbid you should make it easy for your medical caretakers to have it easy in caring for you. Give them that challenge. (((hugs)))

Why not give Sniper a call and have him pick a rooftop to wait and keep an eye out for Murphy?

Maybe ask VV to pick a spot for picking off Murphy too?

Going septic just makes me think of a giant tank under my backyard.....we can;t have that again now.  Hoping you found out good news since Saturday.  Take care Randy
