tecfidera (dimethyl fumarate) has just been approved for MS (and is already approved for psoriasis - Fumaderm)... what I found interesting about this drug is that it "is thought to have immunomodulatory properties without significant immunosuppression", according to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tecfidera)... so the big question is: would it work for CD?

I've been on Tecfidera for almost 2 yrs since I have MS and fear it has lead to a Crohn's flare....my Dr is concerned too. I haven't had a crohns flare in almost 12 years and ironically it flared after I finally began taking Both pills of tecfidera instead of just one
